Refund and Returns Policy

This policy explains the warranty and refund terms for digital products purchased from DhakaLad.

LinkedIn Premium warranty

Warranty: LinkedIn Career Premium and LinkedIn Business Premium carry a full warranty for the entire paid subscription period. If access stops during the paid term, we restore it. Because the warranty covers the full term, LinkedIn Premium purchases are not refundable.

Refunds for all other products

Refunds: all other products are covered by our refund policy. If a subscription is lost or an error occurs on the subscription, you receive a refund calculated on the unused portion of the term.

Billing errors

For duplicate charges or payment errors, contact info@dhakalad.com with your name and transaction details so the payment can be reviewed.
